About the Author
Felicity Anna stumbled into her love of writing through a series of unforeseen events. What began as an outlet to cope with the wrestle within, she poured her heart into her work and has spent these last three years crafting her debut poetry book The Secret Place—her first piece of art. As a lover of the Lord, her deepest wrestle was between the battle in her mind and her faith in God—these heart-words are the fruit of this deep wrestle. As she continued to trust in Jesus and walk out this long journey with Him, her secret place was birthed. Within this collection, she invites readers into a glimpse of the journey, the vulnerability and transformation she has experienced, all through the love of Christ.

Crafted in secret, hidden for those who dare enter its sacred dwelling, a place transformed through each moment endured. Where darkness once resided and shame held its grip, light now shines through, as peace dwells in its midst.
Beauty for ashes soaks in significance, as charred coal transforms into beauty and strength. Where ash once existed, roots, stems, petals, and pollen have taken its place.
Wander through The Secret Place, and soon you will see the slow creation and exchange that only One can bring. As you walk through this garden, you will catch a glimpse of the darkness. Remember to follow the light, and soon you will find the treasure within.
